Medical Students

Joris Hendriks
Joris is a Master student of medicine from the Amsterdam UMC/University of Amsterdam. He is a graduate research student at FARIL with a focus on Achilles tendon rupture and sports related injuries. Outside of the hospital he likes to sail, hike, and play field hockey.

Jack Wolf
Jack is currently a medical student at the University of Connecticut, and a research student at FARIL. Outside of medicine Jack’s favorite things are soccer, hiking, and exploring new foods.

Riley Baker
Riley is currently a medical student at the University of Connecticut. He is involved in several projects here at FARIL including educational video game development, AI machine learning, Achilles Tendon rupture time to operate, and uncovering potential risk factors for uncovering potential risk factors for overuse injuries in the lower extremities. He is excited to continue to advancing the field of orthopedics.

Marguerite Mullen
Marguerite is originally from Massachusetts and is now a medical student in the Class of 2024 at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. At FARIL she has worked on several projects such as anatomic axis of the ankle syndesmosis and the representation of women in Foot & Ankle research.
